This is the 2023 annual training for all active and potential GFCO auditors. It covers the 2020 GFCO Certification Standard, and the related audit checklist.

The training consists of 3 primary sections:

• General information about GFCO
• The GFCO audit checklist
• Gluten testing

Once you have successfully completed all of these sections, you will receive a certificate within a few days via email. This certificate alone does not approve you to conduct independent GFCO audits. Please work with the organization that issues your audit assignments to ensure that you have met all qualifications to be an approved GFCO auditor.

The first section of this training will provide basic information about gluten and GFCO. Click the Mark Complete button at the top or bottom of each section when you are done, in order to move onto the next section.

Please note that several sections have a quiz at the end, which will not launch automatically. When you complete a training module, click on the Quiz at the end of the list of topics for that module, in order to complete it.

To successfully pass this course you will need to score 90% or higher on the final quiz.
